- උනුසුම් උෂ්ණත්වය සහ වේලාව: ෆ්ලෑෂ් සුව කිරීමේ උෂ්ණත්වය:100℃- 120℃ සඳහා 6-10 තත්පර, වියළන උෂ්ණත්වය:120℃for about 2 -3 මිනිත්තු.

2. Anti-migration silicone printing for 2 වාර :
Anti-migration silicone XG-866F 60G
Anti-migration silicone agent XG-866FB-1 1.2 G 2%
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1.2 G 2%
Thinner XG-128AH thinner is not necessary
Cure by the emp of 120℃ 6-10 තත්පර. Can not heat to be totally dry, or will easily lead to being delamination.
3. සඳහා වර්ණ බලපෑම සිලිකන් මුද්රණය 3-4 වාර :
HD silicone XG-866AH 60G
White color pigment XG-102 12G
සුදු සහ ප්රතිදීප්ත වර්ණ සඳහා 20%, වෙනත් වර්ණ 10%
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1.2G 2%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 6G 10%
120℃ උෂ්ණත්වයෙන් සුව වේ 6-10 තත්පර.
4. Matte silicone ink for top coating for 1-2 වාර:
Matte silicone XG-866M 60G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 1.2G 2%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 6G 10%
120℃ උෂ්ණත්වයෙන් සුව වේ 6-10 තත්පර.
මුද්රණය අවසන් කිරීමෙන් පසු, heat by 120℃ for about 2 -3 මිනිත්තු.
