Key points for mesh shoe upper printing

Screen Printing HD glossy Silicone Ink for big holes Mesh upper Printing Process:

Preparation:

1.Mesh&Squeegee: 120(48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee.
2.: Pigments added ratio: For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:10% slow dry XG-MB-1 Extra slow dry catalyst XG-TMB-1
4.Silicone thinner XG-128AH adding ratio:0-20%
5.Heating Temp :60℃~100℃

Printing process:

1.PU based for under printing for 4-6 layers to get smooth layer first
HD PU water based nylon Ink XGS-806 100 G
Fixer XGS-339 2G 2%
Flash by 80℃- 100℃.
Have to make sure to get PU based 100% dry and clear first,then move to print silicone crossing linker and silicone ink or will lead crossing linker and silicone ink not easy to dry and layers peal off from PU based ink .
2.Silicone crossing linker for mid layer printing for 2 layers:
Silicone crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Silicone catalyst XG-866B-2+ 3-4G 6-8%
Flash by 80℃- 100℃
To get a good bone between water based PU and silicone ink to not layer off. After finish all printing process,need bake by 80℃ for about 30-60 minutes for good connection.
3.Silicone High density printing 4-6 layers:
Screen Printing Silicone XG-20S-1 50G
Silicone extra slow dry catalyst XG-TMB-1 5G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 5-10G 10- 20%
Flash by 80℃- 100℃
4.Color effect silicone printing for 3-6 layers:
Screen Printing Silicone XG-20S-1 50G
Silicone pigments XG-601 5G 10%
Silicone extra slow dry catalyst XG-TMB-1 5G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 5-10G 10- 20%
Flash by 80℃- 100℃
5.A.Glossy silicone ink for top coating printing 2 layers
Glossy silicone ink XG-399-2 50G
Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 5G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-5G 0-10%
Glossy top coating for 2 times wet on wet printing,to get silicone bubbles out first ,try to use cold wind to support and it will be better to use low temp by longer heating time to avoid bubbles problem.
Cure by 60℃~80℃
5.B.Matte silicone ink for top coating printing 1-2 times.
Matte silicone top coating for 2 times wet on wet printing:
Matte silicone ink XG-136M-1 50G
Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 5G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 0-5G 0-10%
Cure by 60℃~100℃

After printing, to bake by 80℃ for about 30-60 minutes, for good fastness and avoid ink layers peel off.
