How to print tooth brush silicone effect on elastic? taps
Printing tips for silicone tooth brush effect printing
Preparation:
- Mesh&Squeegee: HD and glossy screen Mesh number 120-150 (48-59T),CMYK Mesh number300(120T) ;
- Squeegee 65-75 degree Squeegee sharp and flat.
- Pigments added ratio:For white and fluorescent color 20%,other color 10%
- Catalyst mixing ratio:10%
- Silicone thinner XG-128AH adding ratio:10-30% ,brush printing need more silicone thinner.
- Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp :80℃-100℃ for 6-10 seconds ,after finish printing to dry by temp :100℃ for about 2 -3 minutes,for wait 24 hours later can get ink total dry. This low temp type silicone ink, no need high temp curing.
Elastic Silicone ink printing tips:
- 1. Elastic Silicone ink for under coating 2 layers
Elastic silicone XG-130D-3 100 G
Elastic silicone catalyst XG-130DB 10 G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10%- 20%
Flash by 80℃-100℃ for 6-10 seconds.
- 2. Black Elastic Silicone ink print 2 layers
Elastic silicone XG-130D 100 G
Black pigment XG-501 10G 10%
Elastic silicone catalyst XG-130DB 10G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10%- 20%
Flash by 80℃-100℃ for 6-10 seconds.
- 3. Chameleon powder silicone effect print 2 layers:
Silicone XG-20S-1 60G
Chameleon powders 6G 10%
Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 6G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 10-20G 10%- 20%
Flash by 80℃-100℃ for 6-10 seconds.
- 4. Silicone crossing linker dotting print 1 layer:
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3 60G
Crossing linker agent XG-360Z-3B 6G 10%
Flash by 100℃-120℃ for 6-10 seconds.
Tooth brush dot is too small in printing size, to print crossing linker can get brush to be good fastness.
- 5. Yellow silicone dotting print 10 layers
Silicone XG-20S-1 200G
Yellow pigment XG-203 20G 10%
Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 20G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 60G 30%
Flash by 80℃-100℃ for 6-10 seconds.
Silicone ink should be very liquid, silicone thinner mixing ratio 30%, have to print very soft to get ink drop through the mesh and pull up the screen to get high density.
- 6. Red silicone dotting print 10 layers
Silicone XG-20S-1 200G
Red pigment XG-302 20G 10%
Slow dry catalyst XG-MB-1 20G 10%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 60G 30%
Flash by 80℃-100℃ for 6-10 seconds.

- 7. Blue silicone dotting print 10 layers
Silicone XG-20S-1 200G
Blue pigment XG-408 20G 10%
